Leaving a gift in your Will

Our Gift in Wills guide has everything that you need to write a new Will or amend an existing Will. Complete our form to request a physical copy or download a copy. If you need to add services to your Will like a trust, or Power of Attorney, then you can use our free Will-writing service and pay for these additional services.

If you already have a Will, you may not need to re-write it to include a gift to Terrence Higgins Trust. For straightforward updates, you can use a codicil, a simple legal document that updates your existing Will. 

It’s important that a codicil is signed and witnessed correctly and kept safely with your original Will.  

If your changes are more significant or complex, it can be better to make a new Will. You can do this using our free Will-writing service, which connects you with a qualified solicitor.
