Why should I use our free Will-writing service?

  • Our service is available all year round to everyone over 18.
  • Face-to-face service with qualified solicitors, regulated by the SRA.
  • Available in the UK and Northern Ireland (not the Channel Islands or Isle of Man).
  • Covers the cost of a simple Will.
  • Urgent Wills are available on request. 

How can I write my Will?

Face-to-Face

With our face-to-face service, we will send you a pack with a list of up to six solicitors in your local area who will write your simple Will for free. You’ll then arrange a time to meet with them to complete your Will.  

Telephone

With our telephone service, we will arrange a time for a qualified solicitor to contact you to discuss your Will over the phone. Once this has been agreed, the solicitor will send you out a copy of the Will for checking and signing.  

Urgent Will for medical reasons 

If you need to write your Will urgently due to medical reasons, please email [email protected] or call our Supporter Care Team on 020 7812 1612, and we’ll request this on your behalf. Please note that this may take up to 5 working days to arrange.
