Known for its fantastic atmosphere and enthusiastic crowds, the Sheffield 10K takes runners through the heart of the city, passing some of Sheffield's most iconic landmarks. Whether you're taking on your first 10K or aiming for a new personal best, this popular event offers an unforgettable race-day experience.

Every pound you raise helps fund essential services including HIV testing, counselling, peer support and our sexual health information helpline.

When you join Team Terry, you'll receive dedicated fundraising support, training encouragement and a community of fellow runners cheering you on every step of the way.

To secure your charity place, you'll need to pay an entry registration fee of £20 and commit to raising a fundraising target of £200 (excluding Gift Aid).

Setting up a JustGiving fundraising page is quick and easy and all donations will come directly to us at Terrence Higgins Trust. 

If sponsorship targets aren't reached, it can impact our ability to continue our vital work at Terrence Higgins Trust. It can even leave us out of pocket, as we pay a certain amount for each event space.

• £15 could help answer one call to THT Direct, our sexual health information and support service.
• £50 could help provide a vital grant for someone living with HIV who is struggling to afford basic necessities.
• £100 could help fund our Living Well services, helping people living with HIV access support, information and care.
• £350 could help Terrence Higgins Trust provide vital information, advice and support to people affected by HIV across the UK while helping us work towards ending new HIV cases by 2030.

Thanks to our supporters, including our challenge event runners, last year we were able to:

• Answer 12,591 enquiries via our free THT Direct helpline
• We distributed over 5,700 HIV self-test kits for free to those who needed them the most
• We covered the cost of 500 people living with HIV to access My Community, our online safe space
• We won the case to extend opt-out testing to 89 hospitals in England
• We delivered over 278 Positive Voices sessions about living with HIV reaching more than 210,000 people
