Why I joined My Community
I wanted a space where I could talk openly, feel safe, and know I wouldn’t be judged. Along the way, I’ve also made some great friends.
It’s not just a place to talk about HIV. Many of our conversations are about everyday interests, hobbies, and life in general. We also enjoy a lot of fun activities together.
Ultimately, it’s a friendly space where you can be yourself, express yourself, and just enjoy spending time with others, a place to have fun and connect like anywhere else.
My experiences over the last 12 months
Over the past year, My Community has grown not only in numbers but also in the depth of genuine connections between members. To everyone who has helped make this space inclusive and safe, it has been a privilege to be part of the My Community family.
The kindness and support I’ve experienced have been remarkable. I feel truly humbled by all the conversations and shared moments over the last year. It has been an incredible experience, and I look forward to continuing this journey with all of you.
In the future, I hope to build even more connections, offer support where I can, and continue having fun along the way.
