Public Health Minister Ashley Dalton MP has committed to developing a new Sexual and Reproductive Health Framework. This follows calls for a national strategy in this area by the Health Select Committee in December, after our Chief Executive gave evidence to the committee.

Richard Angell, Chief Executive of Terrence Higgins Trust said: “This is music to our ears. With STI rates at record levels, sexual health services under strain and new opportunities from medical and digital technologies, clear national leadership is essential. We have long been calling for a comprehensive Sexual Health Strategy, and We have worked for many years to build this case for this new framework and will now be working to shape it."
