Living well with HIV
Our Living Well services empower people to live well with HIV. This includes support on physical and mental health wellbeing and other factors that impact people’s lives such as financial and welfare issues.
If you know someone who is, or think you might have put yourself at risk of getting HIV, we can help. We can also advise on other areas of sexual health and sexually transmitted infections.
Helpline and counselling
Our advisers can provide emotional support if you are worried about your sexual health or have concerns about living with HIV. We can help you access services local to you across the UK, whether provided by us or by someone else.
HIV self-test kits
Our HIV self-test kit service is fast, discreet and confidential. You can:
If you need help with your order or results:
- Missing or delayed order - your test will be dispatched the next working day after you order and should be with you within a week of ordering. Please let us know if your kit hasn’t arrived after 14 days. We send kits via Royal Mail and EVRI.
- self test didn’t work (for example, if the control line on the test did not appear) - please let us know using the result link in your confirmation email or visit the result page directly.
