Take on the MK Marathon 2027 and experience one of the UK's most popular running events. Known for its fast, scenic route and incredible atmosphere, the marathon takes you through Milton Keynes' parks, lakes and iconic city landmarks before an unforgettable stadium finish.
Join Team Terry and make every mile count. Your fundraising will help Terrence Higgins Trust support people living with HIV, improve sexual health, and work towards ending new HIV cases in the UK by 2030. We'll support you every step of the way, from registration through to race day.
How we'll support you
We'll support you from the moment you sign up until you cross the finish line in Milton Keynes.
When you join Team Terry, you'll receive:
- A free Terrence Higgins Trust running vest.
- Dedicated support with your training and fundraising from our friendly team.
- The chance to connect with other runners supporting the same cause.
- Regular updates about our services, campaigns and impact.
Fundraising
Our dedicated fundraising team is here to help you every step of the way. Whether you're taking on your first fundraising challenge or looking to raise as much as possible, we'll provide advice, resources and encouragement throughout your journey.
While we encourage everyone to fundraise, we ask that you consider whether you're confident in reaching the minimum sponsorship target before signing up.
Sponsorship targets help us cover the cost of charity places and continue delivering our vital services. If targets aren't reached, it can reduce the funds available for our work and leave us covering event costs.
Setting up a JustGiving page is quick and easy, and every donation goes directly to Terrence Higgins Trust.
If you have any questions or concerns about fundraising, please contact us at [email protected]. We're always happy to help.
Join Team Terry
Secure your charity place for £36 and pledge to raise £400 in sponsorship. Every donation helps fund vital HIV and sexual health services and brings us closer to ending new HIV transmissions in the UK.

We ask everyone to please refer to our Terms and Conditions before signing up.
Why we need you
Every mile you run and every pound you raise helps fund life-changing services, including:
- Our sexual health information and support helpline.
- HIV testing services.
- Counselling and wellbeing support.
- Peer support programmes for people living with HIV.
We're working towards a future where there are no new HIV transmissions in the UK, everyone living with HIV is diagnosed and receiving treatment, and nobody faces stigma or discrimination because of their HIV status.
Got your own place?
If you've already secured your own place, we'd love for you to join Team Terry. Let us know and we'll send you a free Terrence Higgins Trust running top. There's no minimum sponsorship in this case, just raise as much as you can!
Both charity place and own place runners receive the same amazing support from our dedicated team.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, last year we were able to:
- Answer 12,591 enquiries through our free THT Direct helpline.
- Distribute more than 5,700 free HIV self-test kits to people who needed them most.
