The Amsterdam Marathon is one of the most popular marathons in Europe. And 2025 will be a special year, as it's the 50th anniversary of the marathon while the city of Amsterdam celebrates its 750th anniversary.
You'll start and finish like a champion in the Olympic Stadium. The route takes you past iconic sights, including the passage under the Rijksmuseum, Vondelpark and the architecture along the Amstel river.
