From the start line in Greenwich Park to the iconic finish on The Mall, you’ll be part of one of the most unforgettable marathons in the world.
Join thousands of runners taking on the ultimate challenge in 2027: 26.2 miles through the heart of London, all while supporting a future free from new HIV transmissions.
Our charity places are always in high demand. For 2027, we expect the fundraising target to be £3,000 for UK runners and £4,000 for overseas runners.

Why we need your help
Your support and fundraising help fund vital services including our one-of-a-kind sexual health helpline, HIV testing, counselling, and peer support programmes.
We are working to ensure that there will be no new HIV cases in the UK by 2030. Everyone living with HIV will be diagnosed, in treatment and care, free from stigma and able to take advantage of life’s opportunities.
