Join thousands of runners taking on the ultimate challenge in 2027: 26.2 miles through the heart of London, all while supporting a future free from new HIV transmissions and stigma.
Fundraising
Our charity places are always in high demand. For the 2027 Double TCS London Marathon, the fundraising target is £2,800 for UK runners and £4,000 for overseas runners.
To help you reach the fundraising target, we ask that you meet the following fundraising milestones:
- £500 by 1 January 2027
- £1,500 by 1 March 2027
How to apply
We aim to give as many of our supporters as possible the chance to take part, so preference is usually given to first‑time TCS London Marathon runners.
We ask everyone to please refer to our Term and Conditions before signing up.

Why we need your help
Your support and fundraising help fund vital services including our one-of-a-kind sexual health helpline, HIV testing, counselling, and peer support programmes.
We are working to ensure that there will be no new HIV cases in the UK by 2030. Everyone living with HIV will be diagnosed, in treatment and care, free from stigma and able to take advantage of life’s opportunities.
