Please fill in this form to express your interest in one of Terrence Higgins Trust's charity places. Demand for the London Marathon is always high and we allocate our places based on the information you provide in this form.

If your application is successful you'll be required to pay the £100 registration fee, and raise a minimum of £2,030 with your fundraising. We ask that you raise a minimum of £500 three months before the date of the event, a minimum of £1,000 within a month before the event.

If you already have a place in the London Marathon and want to use it to raise money for us, please fill in this form instead.

You must be at least 18 years old on the race day.

If you are allocated a Terrence Higgins Trust place we will ask you to raise a minimum of £2,030 in sponsorship. (Please note the minimum sponsorship level does not include additional income received via Gift Aid).
